I used to feel like you do, right at this moment. Life was impossible. Everything was difficult and I had endless days of pain.

I decided to do something about it!

I changed what I put in my body, which ultimately is what feeds our energy source. Everything you eat, every thing you drink will have a compounding effect on how you feel. If you eat low nutritional foods, you will feel low and flat. If you eat foods which are loaded with energy and nutrients, you will feel fabulous. It makes sense…..

What I decided to do, was to create a course, which is designed to guide you into a new life, a new way of feeding your body. I wanted to make it simple for anyone who has come from the typical western diet to make concrete changes. Big but important changes. I also wanted to explain the importance of these changes and why you need to make them to ultimately feel better. It is no good telling you a list of foods you shouldn’t eat but not really explaining why you shouldn’t eat them or even worse, not showing you how to replace them with better and tastier alternatives.

Who is honestly going to stick to that?

Introducing: Eating with Mel

Eating with Mel was designed from the very foods that I currently eat on a daily basis to feel as good as I feel.

I followed some basic nutritional guidance from various nutritional guru’s out there and combined them into a course. I used everything from the Raw Food Diets, the Endo Diet, the Blood Group Diet to Liver Cleansing Diets and put them all together to give us a realistic way of eating, that ultimately works and makes us feel better.

Everything falls within the fabulous Endo Diet, with the added advantage ….shown below.

Recipes are all:

  • Low GI (Honey or Dried Fruit only)
  • Sugar Free
  • Meat Free (white meats including chicken and fish are included)
  • Dairy Free
  • Gluten Free

It is still important to have balance in everything we eat and I have created this diet to be easy and realistic for all of us to achieve.

It is an 8 week course which guides you through a new way of eating with specific attention given to each area of health each week. I literally hold your hand through the process and make it super easy!

We all know that eating healthy is the key to good health. The problem is, we don’t know where to start and what to eat and more importantly how to actually ENJOY our food.

I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to participate in Melissa’s course. I had reached a point where I was physically down more than I was up from the pain and nausea of my endometriosis. My immune system had been taking a pretty good beating over the years. I really did not want to have another surgery and had been trying many alternatives to deal with it.

After reading Melissa’s website I began to believe that there was hope that I could actually bring healing to my body and rule over my endo instead of it ruling over me. Right before the course started I was thinking that I just needed to have another surgery and then maybe I could start fresh, but I decided that I would give myself to doing the course and see what happened.
